A ChatGPT account is required to subscribe and save your work. ChatGPT is the only sign-in method currently available. Your first payment is taken at checkout. Plans renew monthly until you cancel renewal through Manage billing.
Before you choose
The analysis covers only the text you supply, up to 36,000 UTF-8 bytes per analysis. For longer documents, select a relevant section; each successfully analysed section uses one analysis. Review the full official documents yourself.
Searches run on demand; automatic alerts are not included. Results can be incomplete or wrong. See the fictional review example.

From tender text to a practical checklist.
One completed AI request analyses the opportunity text you supply. The output depends on what that text contains; missing details remain unknown. You can then compare the requirements with your profile and prepare your response in the workspace.

Each subscription bundles searches, analyses and workspace tools. Dividing the price by the analysis allowance alone is not a standalone analysis price. Explore the fictional example to see the review format; we have not established verified time-saving results.

Manual editing, reviewing saved work and standard exports do not consume search or analysis allowances. Existing storage and request-size limits still apply.

CLEAR LIMITS
You stay in control.
Monthly safety spending limits apply per plan, workspace and user in addition to the shared service budget. When any remaining budget is insufficient for a request, new AI requests stop without an extra charge. Saved work remains available. Published usage allowances apply to each workspace.
Monthly pack allowances are shared by the workspace and reset on the first day of each calendar month at 10:00 am Brisbane time (AEST; 00:00 UTC), separately from the billing date. No rollover, overage charges or automatic plan changes. The free seven-day research pilot has a fixed allowance and does not reset monthly.
At the limit, new AI requests stop. Separate safety spending and request-size limits can also pause AI before the usage allowance is exhausted. Your saved work stays available. Choosing a higher pack never happens automatically.
What counts as one use?
One search is one completed research run.
A successful search of public official Australian sources uses one search, even if it finds no suitable opportunities. It is not one credit per result. Source availability and relevance cannot be guaranteed.
One analysis is one completed AI analysis request.
Analysing the supplied opportunity text uses one analysis. Analysing it again is another use. The system does not automatically submit bids. A detected provider or validation failure releases the reserved allowance.
These packs do not include a professional’s work.
Specialist services are a separate waitlist only. See the waitlist page for current availability. Hiring, payments and commissions are closed. No specialist fee, human review service, multi-seat team feature, priority support or contract award is included. Every generated result needs your review.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The first payment is taken at checkout. Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. In your workspace, choose Manage billing to cancel before the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. No additional search or analysis usage charges apply.
