How ContractHunter handles your information
This product is in an Australian pilot phase. This notice describes the implemented data flow; it is not a claim of privacy certification and requires professional legal review before broad commercial launch.
Information used
When you sign in, ContractHunter receives your authenticated ChatGPT user identifier, email address and optional display name. Your organisation workspace can include the company profile, extracted document text, opportunity records, analyses, bid workspaces, approvals and activity history that you choose to provide.
Purpose and storage
Workspace information is used to provide contract discovery, analysis and bid-preparation functions. Signed-in workspace data is stored in an organisation-isolated server database. A device copy is retained for resilience. Original uploaded files are parsed in the browser and are not retained by the application; validated extracted text may be stored.
Service providers
When Live AI is configured and you have an active subscription, authorised text may be sent server-side to OpenAI for analysis. Stripe handles Checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscriptions and merchant payout settings. ContractHunter does not receive card details or store the merchant payout bank details.
Controls
You can export your workspace and delete the organisation workspace data from Settings. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Stripe Customer Portal. Some minimal billing and audit records may need to be retained for security, dispute, tax or legal purposes after workspace deletion; the final retention policy remains subject to professional review.
Marketplace pilot
The Experts pilot stores profiles, project briefs, proposals, scope acknowledgements, deliveries and activity records in the server database. Publishing a profile shares its display name, region, specialty, availability and biography publicly. Publishing a project shares its brief, criteria, illustrative budget, deadline and customer display name publicly. Your sign-in email and internal account identifier are not published.
Proposals are visible to their author and the customer. Deliveries and resolution discussions are restricted to the customer and selected specialist. You can hide your profile from the directory, withdraw an open proposal, delete unpublished drafts and cancel a project before work begins. Published project history remains saved for the pilot. Deleting your AI workspace does not delete these separate marketplace records. Marketplace content is not sent to an AI or payment provider by this pilot. Use practice content without sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
Important cautions
Do not upload material you are not authorised to use. Browser dictation may use your browser or operating-system speech provider. Login-gated tender portals can have their own privacy terms.
