Sources and scope

Start with your services and service area. The initial pilot focuses on Brisbane and South East Queensland; the search can also consider relevant national notices. Supported search domains include AusTender, QTenders, QBuild eTender, buy.NSW and Buying for Victoria. See all search domains and coverage limits.

Searches run only when you request them. There is no continuous monitoring or automatic alert service. A search may return no suitable results, and some source documents require portal registration. See what an analysis includes and a fictional review example.

Clear expectations

Each analysis accepts at most 12,000 estimated document-input tokens (36,000 UTF-8 bytes, estimated at 3 bytes per token). Use a shorter relevant section and retain the full source for human review. Each successfully analysed section uses one analysis; splitting does not increase your allowance.

One seven-day trial per workspace. Three completed searches and five AI analyses in total, with no monthly reset, rollover, card details, automatic renewal or extra charges. A completed search counts even if it finds no suitable opportunities. Detected provider or validation failures restore the allowance. Saved work remains available after expiry. Request-size, rate and safety spending limits can pause AI before the usage allowance is exhausted.

Review the official notice, deadlines and requirements yourself. ContractHunter does not submit tenders, verify your qualifications or guarantee an award. The research pilot includes self-service software; it does not include a specialist’s time or a human review service.

Only share information you are authorised to use. Search profile details and tender text are sent to OpenAI when you request AI research or analysis. Your workspace is private to your organisation; pilot usage and feedback are visible to the operator. Specialist help is a separate waitlist only. There are no active projects, bookings, payments or commissions; see the waitlist page for current availability.
