Terms for the ContractHunter pilot
These plain-language pilot terms document the product boundary and require professional Australian legal review before commercial launch.
Preparation assistance
ContractHunter helps find, assess and prepare material for contract opportunities. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice; certify eligibility or compliance; guarantee an award; or submit a tender on your behalf.
Your responsibility
You must check the official source, closing date, amendments, mandatory requirements, company claims, evidence, pricing and final response. Only upload or paste content you are authorised to use.
AI and source limitations
AI output and public-source data can be incomplete or wrong. Demo information is fictional and labelled. Missing facts remain unknown or are marked [INFORMATION REQUIRED]. Human review is required before use.
Billing
The deployed pilot remains in Stripe Test Mode until a separate Live approval and verified release. Test transactions move no real money. Any future paid subscription, cancellation, retry and invoice terms must be confirmed in Stripe Checkout and the final commercial terms.
Experts marketplace pilot
This release is for practice collaborations between separately signed-in users. Budgets are illustrative. It does not collect funds, hold money, charge a commission, pay a specialist or provide an executed commercial contract. Do not commission paid work or promise earnings through this pilot. Profiles are self-described and professional credentials are not verified. Each participant explicitly acknowledges the fixed practice scope; the customer reviews and approves the delivery. An issue pauses the project until both participants agree on rework or cancellation. There is no external arbitration service in this release.
Availability and review
The pilot can change and may be unavailable while integrations are configured. No security, privacy, procurement or compliance certification is claimed.
