HELP AND FIRST USE

Make a careful first review.

Create your profile → search official sources → check the notice → analyse authorised text → review, edit and export.

Do you sell to individual customers?

In Overview, choose Sell to consumers under “Who do you want to sell to?”. Your profile may suggest this route, but you make the choice. Both keeps tender work available too. Consumer plan prepares a seven-day plan, a social-post draft and a reply to an incoming enquiry from your product or service, current price, area and delivery details. You do not need a tender or a complete tender profile.

Review the details, save, then copy the drafts or choose Open plan (PDF). Nothing is published, messaged or charged automatically. The planner does not use AI credits, connect your social account or find people’s contact details. For shipping, confirm the carrier quote and the full order total before collecting payment using your existing provider. No sales are guaranteed.

Paid? Start here — no second payment needed.

Return to your workspace using the same ChatGPT account used at checkout. After Stripe confirms your subscription, Overview shows your first-report guide. If payment confirmation is still pending, wait or contact support; do not pay again.

  1. Complete Company Profile: enter your business name, services and location, review the remaining details, confirm your facts and save. Unknown information can remain blank.
  2. From Overview, choose Add a tender. Upload an authorised PDF or paste text, review the imported text and press Analyse. If you need an opportunity first, use Search official portals. AI searches and analyses use your plan allowance.
  3. Open the saved tender. Compare requirements, evidence gaps and dates with the original notice and documents, including amendments. Confirm the complete-source review only once you have done it.
  4. Choose Download report (PDF). Find it in your browser’s Downloads. You can save or share it, but it remains preparation material, not a tender submission.

On mobile, the three-line Menu button opens navigation. Use Overview to return to the guide at any time.

Do I have to complete 100% of my profile?

No. Company name is required to save; Other industry is also required if you choose Other. Other fields are optional. Enter only accurate details: write None for licences you do not hold, enter 0 cover only if you have no public liability insurance, and leave unknown information blank. Tap ? beside a field for an explanation and example. In Review, choose My real business, confirm the facts you entered and select Save and continue. The count tracks 12 supporting fields, not eligibility. Completing all 12 shows a congratulations message with your next step; it is not required to continue.

How large can one analysis be?

Each analysis accepts at most 12,000 estimated document-input tokens (36,000 UTF-8 bytes, estimated at 3 bytes per token). Use a shorter relevant section and retain the full source for human review. Each successfully analysed section uses one analysis; splitting does not increase your allowance.

How do I start?

Check /pilot for the current invitation or pause status. Sign in with ChatGPT; invite-only activation also requires a valid single-use invitation code. No new activation is possible while paused. Add only accurate information you are authorised to share about your business. Choose a service and region, then search. Signing in alone does not use a pilot place.

What sources and refresh frequency are available?

Searches run when you request them, not on a scheduled crawl. The allowlist includes AusTender, QTenders, QBuild eTender, buy.NSW, Buying for Victoria, SA Tenders and Contracts, Tenders WA, Tenders Tasmania, NT Quotations and Tenders Online and Tenders ACT. Web indexing, login walls and portal availability can limit coverage. Open the original notice and check amendments, dates and documents yourself. Historical examples are not live opportunities.

What does the AI do?

It searches selected public sources and extracts requirements, source references, ambiguities and evidence gaps from supplied text. It can miss information or make mistakes. It does not certify eligibility, guarantee an award, provide professional legal advice or submit a tender for you.

What goes to OpenAI?

A live search sends the business search profile. A live analysis sends the supplied opportunity text and analysis instructions. Do not provide personal, confidential or restricted material without authority. API requests set store:false; this is not a zero-retention commitment. See Privacy for provider handling.

Why did my search find nothing?

A completed search uses one allowance even if no suitable result is found. Try a clearer service description and check the official portals yourself. The tool does not cover every opportunity or portal document.

Why did a request stop?

The pilot has three completed searches and five analyses shared by the business workspace. Requests also have size, rate and safety spending limits; the service may pause before a usage allowance is exhausted. Detected provider or validation failures restore the usage allowance. Wait for any running request to finish before retrying.

What happens after seven days?

New pilot AI requests stop. Saved work, manual editing and exports remain available while your account is available. There is no renewal, card charge or subscription. Share feedback on the pilot page. Check /plans for paid subscription availability; joining the pilot never starts a paid subscription.

How do I manage a paid subscription?

Open Workspace → Settings → Manage billing to see invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The free pilot never converts automatically. See /plans for current availability and /terms#subscriptions for the full conditions.

How do I review and export?

Open a saved opportunity, check the requirements and gaps against the original documents, then choose Download report (PDF). The PDF is a working document with review warnings, not a submission to a buyer. The PDF opens in a new tab when your browser allows it. Otherwise use Open PDF or Save PDF in the Your PDF is ready dialog. Download Markdown (.md) is an editable text alternative. For your company profile and all saved tender reviews together, use Settings → Open workspace report (PDF). It includes an evidence index but excludes full imported text and technical records. With no saved tenders, it produces a profile report and explains the next step. The second download in Settings is Open getting-started guide (PDF), with clear instructions for using your account. Both Settings downloads are PDFs. For a complete copy of saved account data, contact support. Old technical files downloaded previously do not change after a website update. PDFs can be read in a browser or PDF reader without the ChatGPT app.

Can I use email or Google to sign in?

Workspace access currently uses ChatGPT sign-in. Email magic-link and Google workspace login are not yet available. The separate specialist/client waitlist does not provide workspace access. New waitlist registrations are paused by default; private-code removal still works without an account.

Is human help included?

No. Specialist services are a separate waitlist. There are no active projects, specialist bookings, commissions, fund holding or payments.

Can I delete my data?

Workspace Settings can clear saved workspace content. This does not remove the sign-in account, trial allowance, security records or optional feedback. Waitlist entries can be removed with the private code shown on submission. Full-account access and deletion use a manual request register and reviewed deletion tool. Contact details and response arrangements are on /contact; you do not need to sign in to send a request. See /privacy for the proposed 30-day procedure, retained categories and restore controls.

How quickly will support reply?

The Contact page shows the operator, support email and current first-response arrangements. Replies are handled manually; there is no staffed live chat or 24/7 support. Do not send urgent tender requests or sensitive documents.
